Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
Users are responsible for managing their User IDs and passwords. Users must not transfer, lend, or share their User IDs and passwords with any third party under any circumstances. If a User ID and password combination matches our records and results in login, we will consider the use to be by the registered User. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the unauthorized use of User IDs and passwords unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
Currently, the Service is provided free of charge for information purposes. If we introduce paid services in the future, we will establish separate terms and display fees on our website. If a User fails to pay fees for any paid services, the User shall pay late charges at an annual rate of 14.6%.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

Systems or communications experience failures or accidents
We otherwise determine the Service is difficult to continue We are not liable for any damages suffered by Users or third parties due to Service suspension or discontinuation.
Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
We may, without prior notice, restrict a User’s use of the Service or cancel their registration if the User:

Fails to pay fees when due
Does not respond to our communications for a reasonable period
Has not used the Service for a prolonged period

We are not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken under this Article.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California, where our principal office is located.
